Disappointing Hallway smell like weed and my room wasn’t clean and my refrigerator in the room didn’t work... called front desk and told them about these issues and was told someone would be up to check and clean the room but no one came very disappointed Only thing that was good about it was in the casino
Fair The rooms need a face lift. I hated that I had to walk across the street to talk to someone about my room accommodations because no one was at the Chelsea Towers front desk. The staff was fantastic, including the room service!

They changed my hotel room from what I originally booked it for & the west tower room was filthy.

West Tower is disgusting. The west tower was nasty,both rooms weren’t clean. Wings left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. Shower wasn’t clean along with the furniture. Nothing
