It was cool Room seems dated. Pillows are to firm. Television in room is extremely small. Also, walls and end tables need to be wiped down appropriately Great customer service. All staff were friendly and helpful and professional!!!

Disappointing The front desk staff wasn’t understanding about not knowing the extra fees and when I asked if I could possibly have a free upgrade I was denied

Bad Limited staff and very rude attitudes... Hardly spoke and when you asked questions, their faces would snarl up. Front desk gave no answers and always directed you to use a phone for all issues. Room service was not operating without notice. View from the room was the top floor of the parking lot. Very dissatisifed. Nothing at all... Lost my money at other casinos. Food was horrible. Not good at ALL...
Very Poor It was over packed. Tv was not working. Our room smelled. One elevator was working. It was very loud . They did not take temperatures. Not enough sanitizers
Falsely advertised, staff knows nothing, room looked like a cheap sex hotel Not changed my room from what I selected based on the pictures advertised. That was the room I wanted, beautifully decorated and carpeted. Warm looking, I felt so bad for subjecting my mom to the room we stayed in. She hasn’t taken a vacation in forever and THAT was the room I brought her to thinking I was bringing her to a nice hotel. Ridiculous. Seriously step your game up. Very disappointed.
