Glad it was short. Wish casino payoff was more loose. Mold in bathroom. Dirty cups neatly covered in plastic with holes. I ran a cub of water through the coffee machine, black grains of something came out. I wish there were complimentary bottle water in room. Needed to take my meds, couldn’t get water. What breakfast??
Disappointing House keeping came around knocking really loud at 9am. Check out isn’t until 11am 🤔 The rooms were just so so. Would of liked to see bottled water in the rooms. Location
No west tower. Back to the Havana tower. Was on the 4600 floor. Ice machine and soda machine not working. Had to go to the 4400 floor. No table. The view.

Horrible I didn’t like that my check in was the Worse Experience ever! I was over charged for my stay as so as I check in. And then when I Ask why was I over charged the lady that checked me in was acting like it was a joke and that is wasn’t her fault that she changed my card twice! And to top it off the rooms was Disgusting dirty bathroom toilet look like they haven’t been clean in years!🤮 Nothing!
