Very Poor Too much confusing,
Bad Had bugs 2 of them on my pillow when I first walk in room
Disappointing
My stay at the Tropicana was not pleasant First off the bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was sunken in the middle. Notified staff of problem maintenance responded in a timely fashion, flip mattress same result. Sleeping was horrible woke up tru out night, toss and turn. Back pain during night. Vending machine on floor didn’t work went up to two different floors same result. When we found a vending machine that finally work it took the 3$ for the soda🤷 N/A

Fantabulous The fact that I had to leave Everything
Fair Room was not that great the chair had stains all over it and the carpet had stains on it . Casino was nice loved the bathroom in the room

Very Poor i cdid not like the smell of cigarret in the room it was very uncontable i did not slleep all nigh. i call to report the smell of cigarrete in the room . it was acceptable.
