Bad The toilet in my room did not work properly, I called it in the next day after checking in and no one came, I told the person when I checked out, and she did not ask a thing as if nothing was said Very rude service, the Italian restaurant has the worst food ever, waitresses are rude.

horrible and a waste of money and time... the cleanliness was a 0 for the entire trip I didn't like anything about the stay at tropicana I was really disappointed in the are the hotel itself I will never stay at a tropicana again..

Gross Dirty, smelled in the rooms, and hallway. Trash left by the elevator pizza boxes all night. It was not kept up The room was dirty smelled like dirty feet, I would never stay there again and would never recommend to anyone

Don't stay Came for my fiance b-day never stayed at Tropicana wanted to check it out we ended up having a outage for several hours at night while getting ready in the end we didn't go couldn't see anything we had to stay another day they didn't apologize it anything didn't give a discount or for another stay food sucks an pricy I wouldn't stay anymore !!!! All bad

Fair The employees are SOOOO rude & they did not keep this hotel at 50% capacity. The casino was completely packed. No social distancing at all
Tight slots Having to wear a mask and the machines didn’t pay out lost a lot of money + the room cost way to much for tight slot machines
