Well below expectations will not stay at the Tropicana ever again!!!! Drains were slow standing in a half foot of water Food crumbs in the dresser drawers No fans in bathroom Request sheet change on bed wasn't done so we had to call housekeeping Hostess in Carnegie's was so rude!!! No microwave or refrigerator Ignored by drunk server Had to go to bar and over paid for beers $20.00 for 2 beers what a ripe off!!!! Port of subs was outstanding

Love the hotel, the room was gross When we got to the room, my son found 2 toenail (or fingernail) clippings deep inside the bed sheets - disgusting!! & the other bed had an orange stain on it. I had to call down for fresh bedding because it was way too late to switch rooms. The AC had a VERY hard time keeping up. I'm sad, I will try Harrah's next time, but growing up I always loved the arcade as a kid & wanted to stay here for my kids to experience that, but nail clippings in the bed is pretty gross. Not nice After arriving I had asked for a room over looking the pool the didn't happen I went back to the front desk three times because each time I was moved the rooms got worse. After being moved five times I was finally put in a decent room. The staff never apologized for the inconvenience and even had the nerve to think what was happening was funny. Disappointing
I would go here to eat again only. I usually go here to get away from my kids. But the room was very It was very dirty in our room and kids were running around everywhere. The pool was cloudy by 11am. The morning of check out we woke up with our bathroom flooded from the sink. The food and staff were excellent.
Summer Family Trip Pool was dirty, foggy not very appealing, which was a disappointment because it was hot. Room was descent, bed not bad.
Fair Restrooms were plugged off we have to change rooms
