trop 7 2025 The room was filthy.the air conditioner vent was dirty with alot of dust coming from the vent to blow out cold air. Bathroom. Floors were not swept. The from bath wash & shampoo were completely empty & then the telephone didn't work and the cord was missing the adapter to the wall. Not much we liked. Valet was closed when we arrived.

Not as expected We could not see tv, after calling 4 times they finally said that they had a problem and they couldn’t take care of it right away. The property is ok not by the river like I was expecting.

Enjoyable for my 8-year-old at the pool area Everything in the room dryer didn't work toilet too low for comfort Furniture scratched missing knobs and dirty popcorn ceilings other than that everything was okay Like the pool location for you very good no breakfast no one said anything about a breakfast

Poor We came in Tuesday afternoon and left Friday. Our tv never worked, the ice maker was broken on our floor and the staffs comment was there are ice makers on every floor, guess what they were broken as well! Wait staff at Carnegies very rude each time we went. Dirty, slimy pool, water was very cloudy, things floating ij the water, yellow algeae in the corners on the steps. Bad elevator was down 1st, & 2nd day - 2 elevators were down lines to get to and from rooms were crazy check out day 3 elevators were down even worse 1 hour to get down. my son got stuck in the elevator for like 20 minutes worst experience ever.

Poor Since the day we arrived, our toilet in our room didn’t work. It was clogged. Had to call maintenance people every single morning for them to go on Clock toilet toilet was functioning properly.
