Worst place i have ever stayed... the place used to be nice but no mpre. There wasn't any cable or internet asked about this and was told different stories. Asked for 2 extra pillows 3 times over the course of 7hrs for them to bring me the pillows. No ice was available on our floor machine was broken went to 4 other floors until I found a machine that had ice. Will never stay there again. Terrible service front desk help was horrible will just tell you something to get rid of you. Manager Renee very nasty .

Probobly will try one of the other hotels next time. we had to change rooms twice, staff didn't know one room was not rent able and one room was not cleaned. then we lost our view room in all the moving. The meal was fine
Absolutely horrible. The pool was disgusting and murky. Looked like people had been urinating in it all day. The Carnegie Cafe took 40 minutes to make me a breakfast burrito. The TVs in the rooms didn’t work and they didn’t even respond to me when I messaged them about all this. They recommended using their website rather than booking because it’s “only a few bucks more” Nothing.
Fair Tried to get something to eat and the service at the restaurant was terrible. I sat down for over 10 minutes before someone even said that they would be there soon. When I did get to order, I was offended by the waitress who questioned me about the price of the drink i ordered. Location was good.

Tiring It was too crowded and the lines for the elevator were long. Tv is too small. Very basic room .
