Price was too good to be true I was asked if I wanted the room to be cleaned everyday. Not sure if that was an extra charge but I didn’t mind it. Room was cleaned only once. I stayed 25-28th of July. No body wash in my room and my family and friends had a rough time only got cold showers tv was not working for my in-laws and my friend didn’t have lights working. and they stated the same thing their room was cleaned only once in their stay. Property was nice.
Unimpressed and rude staff The staff was rude and the whole casino and places to eat were all under staffed. The slot machines were old and not fun. I liked the price of the room

Bad The bathroom in room was dirty and smelt like pee. The complementary water bottle was half drank when I got in my room. House keeping never cleaned my room once. Never took out my trash in my room. Table in room was wobbly. Had to call multiple times to get towels sent to the room. Ended up having to go down to main desk to have towels sent to room. Fair No house keeping , was not refilled with toiletries/toilet paper or fresh towels my entire stay . Lovely view,lovely staff , near a lot of stuff

We liked the stay but not having hot water to shower was really uncomfortable. We didn’t have hot water and was really upsetting for 2 days Mostly
