Not coming back I didn't like the customer service, my room had a TV that wasnt working I asked to get another room they did not wanted to move me to another room or give me a refund, I had kids with me so a TV is a must, I got charged twice. I didn't like the fact that it didn't had a microwave or refrigerator in the room either. The staff at the arcade were really nice

Bad En primera instancia nos dieron una habitación sucias y con las camas y baño en muy malas condiciones, luego me dirigí nuevamente a recepción y me dieron una nueva habitación peeo ni siquiera se disculparon por el incidente anterior. Muy mal servicio y muy mala la atención al cliente. Nada

Poor
I’ve stayed here before but this experience was Horrible! Our A/C wasn’t working . They wanted us to wait around to see if it could be fixed since it was a sold out weekend. My granddaughter who is only 3 months old was getting hot and red. The Ice machine on our floor was broken. They moved us to the west tower even though I paid more for the east tower. I asked for a medical refrigerator since east tower refrigerator are included and not on the west tower. They brought it to us and the lady at the front desk wouldn’t charg... read more
Nice room Bad cigarette smell as soon as you walk into casino. Makeup smudges on back of bathroom door in our room. Was no clock in the room The room was clean, except for a bunch of make smudges on the back of the bathroom door. The bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was amazing. Front desk was very friendly. Parking was great. Restaurant was great too.
Very Poor No hot water, shower was dingy. Took two hours to get extra towels. Beds are not queens, they are full. Ended up leaving around 9pm that same day. Elevators were super busy. Way too expensive for how cheap the place is
