Poor No hot water to shower . Had to take stairs down from the 14th floor . Room was dirty. Every time we wanted to go up or down had to wait at least 10-15 minutes on line .

Very dissappointing. First night was wasted trying to contact front desk and resolve issues. Second day there was no WiF No remote control. No Wifi. No working phone in room. Long lines to go into elevator to go to room. Long wait to contact front desk. Lack of communication Long wait for staff to bring remote control and check on phone. Middle of the strip.

Visit was not pleasant when arrive to my room with my kids . The Room . Non smoking room smelled like smoke a lot . AC vent on the wall was just opened . Giving uncomfortable vibes .

Disappointing
Will not be recommending the Tropicana to others front desk staff were not polite. No bellhop service, fee to have a refrigerator, no hot water after the first day, strong smell of cigarettes when entering hotel and casino. When asked for extra towels etc…they were prompt to deliver them, also the room didn’t smell like smoke , they waved the refrigerator fee
