Very Poor No river view as stated. No water one day, waited to shower. Had to change rooms to get water. Staff did not apologize for the inconvenience, rather rude about the inconvenience.

Nice but faded glory It is fading and desperately in need of a refurb. The pool was open but the pool bar was more often closed. Good facilities and the pool was good.

Just okay Our sheets were full of old stains, they should have been removed from service. Once we notified the front desk, they moved us to another room. Easy location to get in and out. Valet was great. The staff at the front desk was great.

Sleepy, my back hurting from the bed and crappy pillows I tried to go to sleep around 9:30 PM, and somewhere near my room on the fifth floor, someone was throwing a huge party in a room with loud music and we’re screaming every few seconds all the way up to around 2 AM. I had to get up early for my next part of my trip and was so tired from lack of sleep could barely make the drive. I don’t think I’ll be back if this is how you let people use your hotel wasn’t very impressed. The price of the room was okay
