We were there for a few days to check out the area. Hotel and casino were subpar. Rooms were shabby. Beds were not comfortable and casino smelled like smoke(even the nonsmoking area) Location and exterior appearance

To look in another properties The mattress it was all in the bathroom. I see mall the parking lot they know about half a service in security somebody I see somebody open a window in the truck these people they were steal her luggage. Silence

Not happy Website said heated pool that was the only reason why I went there there was no and I mean no heated pool and it closed at 8 o’clock

Not happy On the web site it SAID HEATED POOL that was the only reason I booked that hotel. There was NO and I mean NO heated pool.

House keeping should do a better job Room cleanliness, dirty floors, drawers, tape on carpet going into bathroom, dirty windows No breakfast was offered

Never again I booked a riverview and they gave me whatever they wanted to I had to go back down to change it. Then when I got my riverview room it wasn’t a riverview. The hotel wasn’t by the water. The hotel room smelled like throw up and the restroom was just ridiculously small. Nothing
