Bad Them waking me up at 8am when check out is 11. The bar people were rude to me too. Inwill never stay there again! The rooms were decent.

Average I complained about the entry door making a whistling noise (twice) and nothing was done about it. They told me it was normal when they had windy days. The problem I had was I upgraded to the main tower (Casino tower) for this?

We won’t be staying here again. The bed was awful. I kept rolling to middle. The pillows were so awful too. I kept waking up with one slipped from under my head. When I showered in the morning, all we got was very hot water. I spoke to the front desk in the morning to make my complaint and I was told that they wouldn’t comp a room because I should have reported the issue in the night. Easy access
