Nice place housekeeping could be better Had no smoking room smelled like smoke all three day had to request housekeeping on every day Location

It was ok, would stay somewhere else if I ever had to return to the area. Staff could have been friendlier. The self check in/check out machines were not working properly at both check in and check out we still had to go up to the front desk. The bathroom was dirty, tub was brown and the tub and sink water would not drain properly. The bed mattress was extremely hard, my husband and I had back pain upon leaving. Very Poor My sister in law got bit by bed bugs. And it wasn’t clean and it’s outdated and needs updated. Also the smoke smell in the lobby and casino needs to be filtered out The staff was very friendly and helpful

I will never stay again. The staff never came to clean the room. I had to be moved because I had bed bugs in my room. All that was offered was room change and to wash our clothes 🤔 Nothing at all.

Bad The wi-fi was really bad unable to do things on my laptop water pressure was awful so much walking from room to garage no room service and the casino machines never paid off I have been to Laughlin 20 times stayed at veriose place the Tropicana was my first and last time I will continue going to Laughlin but stay at a better hotel the Tropicana seemed like a nice place but its all show and no go i highly recommend no one spend the money on a sub par Hotel lesson learned There was nothing about my stay I was happy with

Buyer beware. The room was outdated and needed to renovated. There was not enough power outlets for today's travels. Lights in the room were old style and very yellow looking and could be updated with outlets or USB to be able to charge phones. Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were not comfortable. Bathroom needed to be deep cleaning the grout was black and looked like it has not been taken care of. The door to the room was very heavy even for a big guy and slammed closed witch is very unsafe. Great except beverage servers I would only say the beverage servers they never came around and when finally did I asked for a drink and she said no because she didn’t ask me and I’m not aloud to ask her wow so rude after we come spend our money on a room to stay there play eat and play on the casino floor and spend quit a bit money gambling and I can’t even get a drink That it was clean and there is a 24/7 arcade for the kids
