I wouldn’t stay again My room was nasty. Walls were dirty no fridge no microwave only two accessible outlets. The bathroom outlet did not hold the blow dryer in the plug. Headboards were stained with I don’t know what. Asked for a view it was terrible. Got one frozen quiet and five beers in a bucket at the pool for $95 which is just taking advantage. I was told I was on automatic do not disturb yet room service entered my room anyway. Changed out towels only. The room did not have sufficient lighting. I liked the look of the... read more

We will try another hotel our next visit to Laughlin. We come every summer always get a decent room, this last visit our room was very small by the back door in a dark area and it was just creepy. When I asked to get moved they said that the room I paid was full and the only way we can get moved was to upgrade, however we book from booking.com and always get the room you had us pay extra. The shower curtain was on the floor and took them over a hour to get a clean one. the linen on the bed was a mess and they said that they ... read more

1night The room had spider little tiny spider and big black widows that i asked yo changed room at night and she told me there was no rooms available. Never offer to send staff to clean up or anything did not sleep at all. I had my boys with me so pretty scare for the spider. Very old hotel.

We will not be back. Not really anything. I grew up going here as a child my grandfather worked there many years ago and I was expecting g to really show my husband a good time. None of the restaurants were open, never saw a cocktail waitress. We were suppose to get there Friday evening and due to car problems we didn't get there till midnight Saturday morning. The front desk lady was rude when seemingly asked if there was a possibility for a little view. She said absolutely not for the room I booked. Well from everything I ... read more

An OK stay for the price When we arrived there was no bellhop. After notifying the front desk and providing my DL, we were given a bellhop cart and transport our luggage to the room. We didn't think we needed to bring the cart back to the front desk until possible the next day since we arrived to the hotel late a night, we simply left the cart in the hotel hallway. Someone took the cart, and then we get a knock on our door asking us where the cart is like we have it in the room or something. The room barely had enough outlet... read more
