Great Stay for the right price We were on our way to California for a family gathering, and we were too tired to continue, so found this room for a good price. I really liked the concept. The room was a good size, no frills, but clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were great, bath was well appointed and I really appreciated the tile floors. A bagged breakfast was available, as was coffee/tea service 24/7.

Good stay, very friendly. Overall good stay. Housekeeping could have done better with dusting the room and mopping the floor. I am glad I brought my swiffer with me.

Convenient location, free parking. All Public areas away from Lobby were filthy dirty. Hallways and elevators hadn't been vaccumed. Trashcan was full by the elevator our entire 2 1 nights stay. Elevators had dirt everywhere and surfaces hadn't been wiped down which is very concerning. We complained to staff at front desk and they said it's been hard to find good people.

Would stay again This was our first time staying at this property, we are a family of 4. We had some issues and the General Manager immediately addressed our concerns personally. I appreciate this type of extra care. The property is very new & modern, I love the bathrooms and Lemon Sugar bath products offered. The coffee in the lobby is GREAT! Wish I had some now!

It’s was okay nice bed but the comes came twice one to remove a guy off the lot and then in the morning someone’s new ford truck got broken into and staff didn’t see anyone. It was okay for the price you pay

The person you mentioned was an intoxicated person that came from PF Changs across the street, he was removed from the Hotel since he wasn't a guest. Also, there was a reported incident that happened as you mentioned but it was the first one of it's nature since we have opened. We are a very safe property in a good area plus we have an outstanding relationship with Goodyear PD who normally make rounds around both of our hotels.
