Work trip The room was dirty and bathroom door hits the tile floor and it’s hard to open
Not my thing This is a “hip” style hotel catering to younger crowds who want to mingle together. The room is very small but functional. The bed was comfortable and the tv was amazing. Amenities is where this hotel falls short. The squeeze style soaps are annoying and the body wash in the shower was empty. Nothing like taking a shower with liquid hand soap. Good location, poor service Overall it’s a good hotel and great location. Right off the highway and 25 mins to the airport. However we did not receive the service we excepted while staying here. We booked a 4day stay for an event/hiking vacation. We were gone from early morning till late at night. With COVID precautions in place, we did not expect a full room cleaning while we were there. Nice, new hotel. Felt very clean and comfortable.
Great place. Nice common areas. Great stay. Angie at the front desk was amazing. Mom had just passed away the night before check-in and Angie was a huge comfort to me. Room was nice and comfy, common area had everything, including a pool table. Nice back area with gas fire pit. Hung out there one morning. Very quiet, but got to meet some other guests.
okay can do better There was no body wash, the towels looked dirty, its kinda gross that all the toiletries were in huge bottles attached to the wall just refilled to every visitor. Shampoo and Conditioner should be single use same with lotion. The bed smelled. And there were only two towels one for myself and one for my husband. Also the shower curtain was dirty. We tried making the best of our stay.
