Nice if you are a deep sleeper. Friendly staff. New and clean. Room on 3rd floor but still lots of noise from outside and cooling unit was on the noisy side when it started. No soap in shower and I should have checked prior to stepping into the shower as another guest at the desk was picking up a new soap dispenser for her shower.

They actually figured out how to get breakfast to their guests instead of the “sorry we are cheap, lazy and stupid because of Covid”. They have a wonderful, well lit, clean and great breakfast area. It was safe with everything sanitary. I have been traveling every week since the end of October and have found my new hotel of choice. Yep, hot coffee in the lobby matters to me. I hope you all enjoy it too!

My room smelled like cigarette smoke and a fragrance to cover it, fortunately when I asked the check-in staff for another room they accommodated my request and provided a different room that was without the odor of smoke. Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear that the previous guest ignored our No Smoking policy, getting that smell out takes a chemical disinfectant and a few days of airing out. I'm sorry the smell was not gone before you checked in. I'm happy to hear my team was able to move you to a new room and that you still enjoyed your stay.
Friendly staff The staff in the lobby was very friendly. Could chat with those gals like old friends. The only complaint i would have is you can hear the guests above you. Next time I'll request the third floor.
