Everyone at Leif Johnson Ford Truck City was very friendly and helpful. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I’ve been back to the dealership three times now and have received fast friendly service every time.
The finance manager tried to sell me extra warranties I did not need. He was pushy. Would not take no for an answer. He finally agreed on what I wanted.
Overall experience was very positive as Esther was very helpful and knowledgeable of the purchasing process and made everything run smoothly. All stuff was very helpful and easy to talk to. Im very happy with the two vehicles that I purchased and the guarantee that comes with them. Highly recommend Truck City to anyone looking for a good car buying experience.
I was extremely pleased with the entire process and everyone there seemed so friendly and still felt like small town service! Giovanni was amazing to work with! I love how they also took the time to have someone go over everything in the car with us and set it up apps, etc. Thank you! I will come back again!
They were able to work with me to get a good deal on the vehicle that I wanted. That being said, I came in from out of state and the vehicle had damage to the interior that was not disclosed, nor was the vehicle ready for pickup. They did offer me a credit to accommodate the undisclosed damage, but was still disappointed with the final outcome.
I have used this dealer multiple times in the last 15 years and the never disappoint in service however, not happy with the name change. TRUCK CITY SHOULD HAVE STAYED!!!!
