Factory ordered a 2025 Ford F-350 XLT through the Costco Vehicle Purchase Program. Excellent experience with every step. No pressure and answered all questions quickly and completely. Excellent communications as well. Every person I encountered was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Truck City Ford!

Found a truck I liked using TruCar and set up an appointment to look at it. Jorge Gonzalez called me and sent me a video of the truck before I even got to the dealership. I test drove the vehicle and ended up purchasing it. Had a couple minor issues to deal with after the purchase and Jorge was on top of things always making sure I got taken care of and letting me know that if I needed anything he would help me out. Very nice guy and I'm very happy with my experience.
Zach was very helpful and responsive. He made the whole transaction very smooth and quick.
I had a problem with my trade in being paid off later than the day I took possession of my truck. Consequently another payment was taken out of my account . I had to call both banks to get my money sent back to me. And I am still waiting a month later.
Best experience ever! From the online request to view the vehicle to the test drive through trade in offer , ending with finance was excellent! Everyone was nice and attentive. Shout out to the entire crew for making this a painless vehicle buying experience! Thank you'll very much! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
