Everything went great. The service was done in a timely matter and I was able to pickup my truck the next day.

I had called and made an appointment, however, when I arrived, no appointment could be found for me. They still were able to get my oil changed and tires rotated but it took a bit longer than I had planned. Cost is also about double what NTB charges.

Very pleased with my service rep, she kept me informed and helped me sign up for Ford Pass. All the times I've been in there and no service rep has asked me, much less helped me sign up, about Ford Pass.
This was the least painful of any new car buying experience that I have ever had. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to know what they were doing.
