This was the least painful of any new car buying experience that I have ever had. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to know what they were doing.
Purchasing this vehicle was a very pleasant experience. Zach was very helpful and always answered my questions quickly through the whole process.
Friendly folks that seem to know what they are doing. So they've got that going for them, which is nice. Have I typed 15 words yet? Do they count by actual word or is some letter total arithmetic involved? I didn't study linguistic math in college.
Truck City performed a state inspection on my truck and no problems were found. Easy check in, comfortable lounge, and fast check out.
I arrived before 7 am and was the first in line. All I needed was an oil change. It took 2 hours. Richard was very friendly but I should not have waited more than one hour. Them, when I got in my truck to drive off, the AC was not working. I returned to the service department and Richard looked at it right away. When he turned the truck back on, the AC started working again. I hope the service man did not do anything to affect the AC
