The service department is 100% better than the Ford dealership in San Marcos! I will never return to Griffin Ford after my experience, and Ford Truck City in Buda. Noe Avila went above and beyond taking care of my issue with my truck. While I was waiting on Noe to return to his desk. I had at least three other people stop to see if they could help me very impressive.! I will go out of my way to drive the extra miles to Buda! The whole service department gets high praise from me!

Was very efficient in getting our motorhome in for evaluation. We were kept informed during the few days it was there. Think we should have had a discount since the insurance company would not cover the cost of service or parts.
