Truck City has a great service department. Travis Guerrero was my service coordinator. He did a great job of working with me to schedule my service when it was most convenient with me. He explained all my options thoroughly and kept me updated on the progress of my service. He made it more of a pleasant experience as opposed to a hassle. Great service and great people!
Quick and easy recall repair on both my Escapes. The mobile team led by Joe was on time and kept me informed. Excellent experience all the way around.

The service department is 100% better than the Ford dealership in San Marcos! I will never return to Griffin Ford after my experience, and Ford Truck City in Buda. Noe Avila went above and beyond taking care of my issue with my truck. While I was waiting on Noe to return to his desk. I had at least three other people stop to see if they could help me very impressive.! I will go out of my way to drive the extra miles to Buda! The whole service department gets high praise from me!
