Great dealership service department. Friendly and helpful, never feel rushed like at bigger dealerships. Pricing may be higher than others but worth it.

I purchased my F250 a couple of weeks ago and dealing with Bob Salinas made the process go very smoothly. He is a very pleasant salesman to work with, Yesterday, I took the truck to the service department. Once again my service consultant Charlie, went above and beyond my expectations. He was able to resolve the issues in less than an hour and took the time to walk me through what they did as well as helping me better understand all of the various settings on truck. He is really good!
I had a construction crew from Nashville Tn. working in Austin and our F450 Super Duty work truck broke down. Travis at Truck City got our estimate and repair done quickly and his communication was great.
Very helpful, trying to get a reoccurring issue go away and it might be fixed now. Keeping our fingers crossed.
Always take my service business to Truck City. As usual, Travis took great care of me, along with Noe. Great job guys!
