They tried to fix 2 recalls without tell or call me. Also, they failed to contact me as soon as they done with the oil change. I had to go back and ask them. The service was good just they need to be more efficient regarding to comunícate with the customers.

I had a great experience buying my new car at Truck City. Everyone I worked with was wonderful- Zach Krischke in sales, Scott Jordan in service, Anita Trevino in finance and Jeff Petrik the delivery specialist! They turned a bad situation (my previous car died on me) into a great experience and helped me walk out with a wonderful new car.

This does is amazing so much better then the ford I bought my car at. Much more friendly and actually take your concerns and fix them!!! They got a life long customer as long as I have a fire!!
