Hailey in the service department was amazing! I had body work done at a collision center that resulted in several issues which the shop didn't want to own up to. After taking it to my regular Ford dealership and the Ford I purchased from I continued to have issues, they "found nothing wrong." I ended up having water leak into my vehicle during a car wash. I promptly took my vehicle to this location so they could see the active leak. Hailey was an angel! She was able to see areas of concern and was very diligent and thorough.... read more
