I hired them to move my 89 year old grandma. I was told they would disassemble furniture. The movers said they wouldn’t do that so my husband had to rearrange his day to go help. The boxes were labeled with what room they went to at the new house. They just stacked the boxes in a bonus room that is outside my grandmas apartment in the basement of our new house. We really apologize for your displeasure on your move yesterday. We never want to leave without the move being complete as you should be able to keep the guys as long as you need them. We are always happy to come back with No trip charge if needed and can even send a different crew if you prefer.
I can’t even tell you how they handled our move yet because they were scheduled to be here between 8:30-9:30 and still are not here and it is noon. We called 3 times to find out what the delay was and was told all 3 times (9:40, 10:30,11) that someone was on the way. At 11 they finally call and say they are on the way. Then at 11:35 I get a phone call from the mover himself saying, he just got gas and he will be here in a half an hour. RecommendedBooked a last minute move with these guys out of state. Cancelled due to a delay with closing, re-booked last minute and they accommodated my schedule. Carl, Michael, Ron and Diontae were all awesome. Could not have asked for harder workers. I’ve moved using movers several times over the years and NEVER have I seen such professionalism.
