It took them from 1:30pm to 7ish to move a bed,mattress, dresser. Two large book shelves, a bar, about 30 boxes. (i counted them). no couch, no love seat, no living room table, no end tables, no kitchen table or chairs. no night stands, no tvs, no lamps. All the boxes were sealed and pushes to the front room.It took them 2 in a half hours to warp the 2 bookshelves and move the boxes. They had a new guy who had to be advised on everthing to do. You really think the guys went slow on purpose to make the move longer? Moving is not that fun to drag it out longer than they have to be there. We assure you that they get better tips and bonuses with happy clients than they do by taking longer than needed. You should file a claim if you would like a resolution on your move as opposed to just posting bad reviews on social media. We are an honest local business that values your opinion so I'm sure we can help make up to you for anything you feel they did wrong
By actually showing up. Promises made but never kept or informed. Wasted a lot of people's time.

We had a lot of moving pieces with our move so they were extremely flexible with our dates and for that I was grateful, BUT more care could have been taken during our move 3 weeks ago and more movers should have been allocated to us. We had 2 moving specialists for a 2800 square ft house with a 3 car garage that was pretty full of stuff. I told them what we had at the beginning so we should have been given 3 or 4 movers. RecommendedI was very pleased with the service provided by Troy Dye and Samuel McClain during my recent move. The conditions were rather horrible (heat index over 100 degrees, a difficult driveway, very challenging access, etc.) and I never heard a complaint. A third guy (Raymond) was added to the crew late in the day which really sped things up and took some of the burden off Troy and Samuel. I have no complaints whatsoever. They assembled everything after an extremely long and hot day. I hope they are rewarded for their hard work!!!
RecommendedWe used True Friends for our move today. I spoke with Chris a month ago to schedule. He was most helpful, knew all the right questions to ask and followed up with me as we approached our moving date. Our movers today were Joseph and Xavier. I can’t say enough nice things about them. They were on time, professional, friendly, knew exactly what they are doing and took extra special care of our things. I would certainly use this company again and will recommend them to anyone needing moving services.
