I recommend the movers but not the owner. You'll pay triple the money just to watch the movers work their tails off moving stuff as fast as they can with the incorrect amount of help but keeping up with there "bosses" understaffed standards. Paid almost one months rent just getting my stuffed moved 1 1/2 miles away. told him I needed 4 guys and he gave me 2. Just to preface: Extra guys cost more per hour so more guys don't mean less money for the total but just a faster move. Example: 2 guys for 6 hours = $900 3 guys for 4.5 hours = $900 4 guys for 3 hours = $900
They arrived extremely late in a truck that was too small for the move. Their truck had broken down and their dispatch sent them a small truck instead of what was promised. The move itself didn’t start until 11:30 am and didn’t get done until 7 pm. They left a lot behind that I’m having to move myself. I paid $150 an hour and it was worth maybe half that. We apologize for sending a smaller truck to start your move. We certainly did not want that to happen as it was the only truck we had left but would not cancel on you either. We got the guys started and then sent the larger one once they figured out the reason. Had 2 extra guys help unload at no extra cost and even offered to go back for free to help make up for your displeasure. We hope you have a change of heart as that none of that was intentional : (

RecommendedI would recommend the moving crew Jerry, Steven, and Jordan. Jerry was an amazing driver and maneuvered the moving truck through a narrow driveway with lots of trees. I wouldn’t recommend this company due to the office team (Clint). He sold me on a same-day timeframe and the moving team showed up 7 hours later. Clint was apologetic, but unsympathetic and lacked compassion for my situation calling it a “minor inconvenience.”

DO NOT USE! They are extremely unprofessional and dont use care when handling your items. They revert to their contract stating coverages that dont protect you for their negligence. Caused over $5K worth of damage to my items. I watched one mover take a piece of art off the wall and hit the moving ceiling fan and cause damage. He didnt say anything and just tried to brush it off like there was no damage. They did not pack the items I had requested in any sort of protective way. I used True Friends Moving to move from Nashville to Sparta in June. I asked the movers to wrap my many computer monitors in moving blankets and tape them up individually as instructed. However, they built a custom box and packed all of my monitors in a single box, instead. During transit, the box came apart and when the mover tried to lift it from the truck, he dropped six computer monitors and one all-in-one computer from the deck of the truck to the concrete below.
