RecommendedCorry & Joseph of True Friends Moving Company we’re prompt and on time which is very important when coming from out of town! They arrived at the unload before me, they we’re familiar with the area which was a great help! Unfortunately at the end of the move- True Friends overcharged us by 1 hour. When called into the office- they did not want to listen nor make an adjustment- just silence at the end of the line! Guys arrived at 9am and job was over at 2pm. I hate to leave a bad review, but Chris (the owner) is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I would love to blame it on a bad night, but if you look at their Google reviews, lots of customers have had the same negative experience with him!

That was your 2nd time using us and never heard any complaints of the moving crews onsite or any damages but we certainly try to be within our arrival window. RecommendedTerrible customer service. Chris, the owner, is disrespectful!! The moving crew will treat you with respect... can't say the same for the owner! I have never been talked to like I was by Chris. Couldn't believe the business is still open. We'll never use them again!!!

Hi Tonya, we appreciate your feedback. Your tenant moved with us and there was damage done to your door. The repair was prolonged due to lack of communication with your tenant. Once communication was available, the repair was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. And for the record, you personally have never used our company or had the pleasure of working with our crews.

I hate leaving bad reviews, I really do, but there is no excuse for what I experienced this weekend. It was a small move, scheduled last minute, and maybe I was just too eager to say thank you. The movers came in (after all of the furniture was taken out) and asked if I wanted to take all the clothes in my closet and I said, “yes definitely” (closet included several winter coats from when I lived up north). My friend hired this moving company to move her stuff and not only did they damage some of her stuff, one of the employees stole $1,600 from her residence. They aren't making it right. They say everybody has a background check and this man had a criminal record for stealing I found out on Google. I would hire anybody besides them.

We used True Frieds to pack our house into a moving truck. We just unloaded it and EVERYTHING we own is scraped, dented and broken. Even my heavy duty wardrobe boxes were smashed in half. So disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone.
