Seems to be the company as a whole is ran poorly and no one seems to care. Hopefully karma will come around and square things up. This company has treated people like they’re just a means of making money. Garbage, stay away as far as possible.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this moving company. The movers arrived an hour and a half past the arrival window they gave us and the only reason we were informed is because we called the office several times. The movers were very inefficient and slow. They openly stated that it was their third job of the day and they were exhausted. It took them 2 1/2 hours to move a very small apartment worth of items, 25 minutes to drive the 2 miles to the new apartment and another 2 hours to unload and this is only... read more
I picked this place because I truly thought they would do a great job. I’m sad to say I was so wrong. The two movers come into my home and I take them through my house and let them know all that goes. Well 6 hours later they have the truck loaded but I had a bunch of stuff still left. They didn’t pack correctly. I also had my side by side refrigerator left. Well they said we can do another load. Well you could of packed wiser. Almost all furniture moved was scratched or brushed up against the door frame leaving paint on the wood

The movers were great. I had a small move (7 items, 12 miles). However, when my tv didn't make it. When I called to tell them what happened, the only response I got was "call a TV repair man". That was very disappointing.

We really apologize that your tv is not working! You said the guys did a great job moving and there was no accidents as it was even put in a TV box. There is no visible external damage to the tv or even the box but just not working so not really sure what can be done other than have a technician look at. It could have very well been the heat as it swells to 20-40 degrees hotter in the back of those trucks on a summer day. Its very sad that you won't recommend us over this : (
We used True Friends moving to move us on 4/22. We got an email from them the next day that they accidentally left the posts to our bed frame in the truck when they drove off after the “completed” the move. We have since tried to get in touch with someone via email and phone call several times and nobody will return our calls or emails. I will never use this company again. And I strongly urge all Nashville residents to stay away from this company when looking for movers

This is my 4th time using this company and I am so disappointed with them. I hired them to move my son and daughter-in-law out of their home and their contents into storage. Everything went fine until the drivers started to leave for the storage unit. They dragged the bottom of the truck on the driveway causing damage to it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I used this company twice. Customer service on the front end is good. The moving experience is not. The first time they were ok. I had a small (1800 sq ft) house and they had to make two trips - the truck couldn’t load everything. Fortunately it was a direct move and only a few miles so this wasn’t a huge deal.
