They scratched and ripped the brand new flooring by shoving a loveseat across the floor. Don't do business with these people.
Because I wanted my items to remain intact because I pay my hard earned money to buy items that I like, I looked for a moving company. After viewing several and reading the reviews, I decided to go with True Friends Moving company for my move from Nashville to Hendersonville. I recently heard about True Friends from Yelp. Odonnie and Jarvis moved me from Nashville TN to White House. I heard all the positive feedback about this company and boy were they right!!! I had an extremely heavy dresser and they padded it up and brought it on the truck with ease!!! They put up door protectors and it went right out. Can't say enough about this company!!!!!!!
We had a less than ideal experience with this company today! For starters, the appointment time was from 2-4pm... they finally showed up at 4:30. No big deal, we had the day off. However, we had everything already in boxes (besides the bed and dresser and tv)...and it still took them over TWO hours to load their truck. Then once we got to our new apartment, they certainly took their absolute sweet time bringing boxes in. Meaning one tiny box at a time. And they had dollies, so there was no excuse for that at all. Worst experience ever. All my furniture was damaged, walls, floors etc. Table damaged to the point can not be repaired.
So my friend hired them to move and they never showed up , no phone call nothing.
