We had a bad experience with this company. We were given a 2-4 time frame. Showed up at 5:30. Only had bed, bedside table, small kitchen table, 4 chairs and boxes. Took them 3 hours after scratched hardwood floors, scrapped walls and door frames. Big scratches in kitchen table. They gave us $25.00 discount. I'm sorry but you can't repair this damage for $25. I would never recommend this company.
Terrible tools these 2 young men 2 hours to load about 6 pieces of furniture on the truck! They were so slow and careless taking things to truck ! Took refrigerator out the back door around to front of house in grass no strap ooops drops fridge witch takes a few tumbles .... beat that up! Get 2 new house that was spotless beat up every door facing! Marked up walls , cracked end of hand rail going upstairs all while bickering all day! Took them from 8:30- 6:00 ! Never would use this company

We apologize to everyone for the accidents that took place on their move. We are not sure why so many little things happened on 1 move but took full responsibility and offered to have our restotation team come out immediately to fix any scratches and paintwork. However, we ended up resolving it with a cash settlement to the maximum liability which was mutually and fully resolved with the homeowner.
I was referred by a very dear friend whom I trust extremely well. Sadly enough I would never recommend this company to anyone. Ours was an out of state move for my 75 yr old mother in law. After developing significant health problems we had to move her closer to us. There were no return calls or emails prior to the move. I would leave 0 stars if I could I was moved by them on the 4/1. I paid for 2 men and a truck was left with one man and a truck when they arrived to my destination. On top of everything my printer has been no where to be found. Apparently one of the movers decided it should be given to goodwill? Not only was it working and not to be donated, but that isn't their decision. To top it all off I received a call from a grown man screaming at me about the printer. I was recommended by a friend of mine. I had never used a moving company, but I figured it would be less stressful if I did use a moving company because I have a lot of stuff. The movers were supposed to arrive at my home between 12 and 2. I waited until 2:30 and they had not arrived. I called to find out the movers were running late. They ended up finally showing up around 4:30. We are fully insured so if there was an accident with your cord then please allow us the opportunity to make it up to you. We just left you a message but couldn't reach you as we look forward to trying to resolve your move and opinion asap
The movers were very nice; however, with other companies we have moved more stuff in drastically less time. In the end, the furniture got in the house (or garage for us to move because it got late) but beds were not reassembled and my laundry appliances were not reconnected like in the past. Most disappointing of all was that at least 4 major items were broken. The movers told us they are insured and will cover the losses but this is disappointing none the less. Last, my walls and ceiling have several scuffs.
True Friends were supposed to arrive between 12-2. They showed up at 3pm. We have brand new leather couches that are scratched on each side. They did not even pad the furniture after letting them know this is brand new. They did not set down our bed and ended up putting a huge chip in our wood frame. They did not use any equipment stated they had to protect and move the furniture. We have several scratches and chips on a brand new dinning set.
