My family was nearly killed by one of your drivers this evening!!!! at 5:52 pm your moving truck travling southbound on Hwy 31 W , turned left to merge onto I-65 south Directley in front of our family at the last possible second,.... even with brand new brakes AND tires,.. our car locked all 4 tires up and slid to such a violent stop,. that it killed the engine on our car,....If not for my lightning fast reflexes,. we would have been KILLED!!!!,... We scheduled a move for February 12th. Was charged an additional $15.00 per hour because it was a weekend.......Friday morning is a weekend???? Whatever......The two guys did a good job, but "shaved ON an additional 15 minutes at the beginning and at the end" for a total of 30 minutes. That's and additional $55.00!!! It was at the end and I was too tired to argue----I'm finding being a senior calls for less arguing........oh well. Not impressed at all! Not only were some of my items damaged, I overheard one of the guys say, "I could move all of this stuff at once but I'm being lazy today!" Not what I wanna hear when I'm paying you by the hour! I don't pay for lazy especially when they moved less stuff this time than when I moved last time and last time the company was faster and nothing was damaged. They also told me they couldn't take certain things (toys that don't even break) because they would get broken... Another lazy move on their part I believ... read more

I used True Friends moving 2 weeks ago and I was very disappointed in the service. The movers damaged my bedroom suit in many place and broke a few large items. Also they couldn't get all my belonging out of a two bdrm condo. Now the more I unpack the more I'm finding things damaged. All the took off my bill was $50 for the damage to my bedroom suit. I called them in Saturday to let them know and I had to leave a message and never heard back for them.

I used True Friends Moving Company last week and couldn't be more pleased. They were able to book on short notice and moved me on a holiday weekend. Kerry and Tremaine (TA) were very professional. They took great care with all of the furniture. I've moved several times in my life, and I've never seen a company protect furniture pieces like they did. I was very impressed! First of all, I would like to say how professional and courteous the staff of this company is. I had an interesting encounter with them, and wanted to share it here. A rather expensive ring was left on a bathroom counter while our adult daughter was moving out; right after she was moved, the ring came up missing.
