He was extremely professional, patient, polite, and informative. And he is very friendly and funny. I enjoyed talking with him. Basically the service was excellent. The only negative was a lack of communication about when the body would be picked up. My son also suggested that you should provide some kind of bag in which to place the body when carrying it out.
