Got Mom's ashes after a month or so which was the most important thing, but her stuck on weddings rings got lost along the way. Tulip claims they were in the package. No compensation for that.

Exceptional customer service during this difficult time with the passing of my 18 year old daughter. The family care specialist (Beatriz) was extremely helpful and communicated through this difficult process and made things as smooth as they could possibly be. Highly recommended.

Generally good. You need to clarify the paperwork. One page MAKES you sign a statement that you will pay xxx $ . The problem is that the service has been PREPAID. It's confusing and distressing in that there is wording regarding being careful what you're signing. I could get no one to explain this to me. No response from assigned representative and no way to continue and complete the paperwork until that page was signed. It would be helpful to have a small checkbox on that page saying that xxx amount has been prepaid.

Tulip was referred to me by my mom’s Hospice team. They handled everything very professionally and with great care & kindness. I think the value was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone needing a simple cremation for their family member.

In general the process went smoothly. I felt that there could have been better response to questions. The representative I had did not respond to emailed or telephoned queries. The person on duty at the general number WAS helpful and knowledgeable.

The job done was good not great. I was told that my loved one remains would be delivered to my door and I would sign for them that didn’t happen. I had to pick them up at the post office.
