Everything was good except since my sister’s remains were Express Mailed to me, I would have liked to been asked whether I wanted that service or Priority Mail because of the cost as I know that would have been way less than what the charge was. My sister mailed our mother’s cremated remains to me from Napa many years back and it was $65. The same goes for my sister’s death certificate. You mailed it Priority Mail when just regular postage would have sufficed and it would have gotten to me about the same time. I am a ret... read more
