Leonardo was very helpful and courteous. I never met anyone in person, just handled everything over the phone. . I will recommend you to everyone I know. So much more affordable than traditional funeral services. They are a total ripoff. Thank you , Carol

The initial consultation and paperwork was great. When it came to the shipping of my mom’s ashes, the experience was terrible. My mom’s ashes were shipped when I was out of town and she sat at the post office. I specifically gave Tulip the dates I was going to be out of town and they said no worries, they would ship when I returned, well that didn’t happen. I was disappointed

I was help with step by step process to getting my cremation paperwork done. At my age the girl had patience in helping me.

My only issue was day of death we had a really hard time getting a hold of transport or getting a hold of anyone that could answer our questions regarding transport. We realized it was a Saturday and the person coming came a long way but seems like no one knew when we could expect the person. Challenging not having a timeline.

Started hard but ended very well! Appreciated your staff’s patience with my brother and with me, and many helped us navigate all along the way. I left a voicemail with Sherry back East as she was one who particularly listened to my journey and was very compassionate and kind. She answered many concerns last few days before the cremation and even left voicemails often with my brother and I.
