"Worst service and sell -up" I came in to do get some maintanece done. It was allready hard enough to get an appt and on top of that once i get have some one not be completely rude and incosidirate. Then the person i got wanted to up sell me everything and treated me like garbage. It seemed like he did wanted to work there and he was forced to help me. "Customer service was friendly and efficient " Service was ok but my tire pressure was not checked again. My husband had to take it to Walmart to put air in the tire so the check tire pressure warning light would go out. I was very frustrated because this was the 2nd time this happened.

"Review " I only go to this dealership cause it’s the closest in the denver/aurora area and I like to stick with my manufacturer but most of the guys in service are not friendly even though I been going there for years. I have no issues with the actual work being done on my car but if there was another Nissan dealership in the area that was friendlier I would definitely stop going to this one. "Getting oil changed, personnel not friendly" I sent my son in to get my oil changed he said when service personnel found out it was his Mom's car their attitude changed and they were not friendly and he was uncomfortable.

"Recalled air bags" Service was fast and I liked the waiting room. I came in because of the airbag recall. However, after the airbags were changed my steering wheel is now crooked and I need to come back to get that fixed. Not sure if the alignment is entirely off or just the steering wheel. It is an inconvenience for me to have to come back to get that fixed. So I would most likely not recommend this service center based off of that visit.

"poor customer service after poor care of my car." I had an oil change, they forgot to screw in the filter, the next morning, my car had lost all the oil. Poor customer service when I called. I talked to two other people before I reached a manager who helped me. When I went to pick up my car after they fixed their mistake, I was told that they would wash it and vacuum it out. "Not trustworthy" Went in for warranty work. That was taken care of quickly and easily. Rich was polite, prompt, and informational. However, as has happened twice before at this dealership, they recommended an extra $1,000 worth of unnecessary work. I then took my car back to my normal place to check it out. As happened the other two times, it was confirmed that work did not need to be done. I will never use this dealership for anything but warranty work because they cannot be trusted.

"Armada" I took my truck in and got with so many issues I wanted to find out what was happening with my truck why it was shaking and smoking and they told me might need new spark plugs but they were not sure I asked if changing the spark plugs would fix the main issues that I had taken it in for and they told me that were not sure I thought that a diagnose would actually tell them what was wrong with the truck

"Don't bother with a pre-purchase inspection" This is an updated review: The manager resolved the issue politely and reimbursed the cost of the PPI. The PPI had several discrepancies. Probably an issue of communication between the mechanics and service associates. I was asked if I would take down the review in the event I was reimbursed...so makes me doubt the overall reviews. Thank you.
