I wish I could rate each person separately... Chris Santos (A+) was my salesperson, and for being new to the job, he did a great job dealing with this very tough customer (me). It took us 2 weeks and many hours of negotiation to reach a deal, and he listened well, took good notes, maintained a positive attitude, and helped me with finding the right car. I am very sorry I did not respond sooner, been extremely busy. My overall experience was extremely pleasant. It was my first time purchasing a new car on my own and to be perfectly honest I was nervous. I felt like I had very nice people helping me and I felt they were on my side. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others just because of the experience I had. I was expecting to walk out with nothing and I drove away with a car that I love!

Rob is well informed and offered me more than one option than the Altima Nissan. I walked out with a good idea of what Nissan offers. Pleasantly surprised at Nissan's performance. I drove Cadillac and Mercedes - Thus far, I am pleased with Nissan's performance. In my opinion the New 2013 Nissan Altima out weighs Cadillac and Mercedes! Of course everything is new and time will be the ultimate tell all. I am disappointed that Tynan offered me $13,000 on my 2006 Toyota Sequoia. The Sequoia is a great shap.
They allowed me to take the vehicle for a 24 hour "road test". When I returned only one hour later, they were very patient to my needs as I likely kept staff in the office well past business hours to complete the sale. Highly recommended.
