My wife and I drove made the drive to Tynans in Ft. Collins from Casper, WY to purchase a new Murano. Jake Howard put the effort out to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Jake offered us the best combination of customer service and value that I found from any Nissan dealer in the front range. The pricing was outstanding to start with, but it was really his integrity and willingness to make things work for us that made it a truly great experience. We negotiated almost exclusively over the phone and internet and there were no surprises on landing in the dealership to sign papers: quick, easy, painless. Highly recommended!
We needed to replace our SUV because of an accident in which it was totaled. We were impressed first with Rob's personal concern for my husband, who was hurt in the accident. We have been Ford buyers for years, but found that the Murano we drove was really excellent. Todd helped me get into my 2013 Altima, which I LOVE!! I gave Todd 5 stars because he was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy like most car salespeople are! He gave me all the options, which I was unaware of most of them and got an awesome deal! It was a great experience and I will defiantly go back to him for my future cars and refer to him as well.
I gave Jake all 5's because he was great to work for, this experience was the fastest and easiest I have every had. This will be my 3rd car from Tynan's and have had great experiences will all 3 buys. This last buy was by far was the best though.
