My husband and I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima 3.5 SV back in October from Justin. Sadly in June my car was hit and it was deemed totaled by the insurance company and body shop. I loved my Altima and was struggling with deciding whether to get another or not. After we decided to stick with what we liked, we came back to Tynan's. When I arrived at the dealership I had one hope - that I would find the 2012 XTERRA I was looking for at the right price with no hassles. I had made an appoinment with Grant earlier that day and when I arrived I found things as advertised. Hands down, the Best Dealership experience I have had to do date in my life and I am 43 years old. The staff was great, very friendly, easy to deal with and real. We just had a couple of minor snafus such as finding correct inventory on lot and returning to get both set of keys. This type of stuff is to be expected as nothing is perfect. This dealership & staff goes out of its way to minimize hassle. It is noticed, appreciated and valued.

I first contacted Tynan's Nissan when I was checking their inventory online. I was contacted by Todd Hayman. Right from the beginning Todd made me feel comfortable and he was very personable. My wife and I was uncertain whether we were even going to buy a new truck. I explained to Todd what we were looking for. My fiance and I have been looking for Nissan Xtera to replace her very used 2000 Honda CRV over the last few years. Given the budget we have, we agreed on price that we were willing to pay for a used vehicle. As they say, never buy a new vehicle because of the instant depreciation in value as soon as you drive it off the lot. Our experience with Tynan's was very positive. No pressure, but lots of information. Todd was very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He patiently took us through four or five different Jukes and was very pleasant. At no time did we feel pressured, or rushed. The entire staff seemed friendly and willing to assist us. The only hiccup was that the company that handles their website was not always accurate, and some of the prices were not accurate. As most of us know, buying a car is usually not a joyous experience - as it should be.
