We had been researching cars for several months and Tynan's was on our list of dealerships to visit. We arrived not expecting to buy but found a deal we could not pass up. We worked with Todd Seipelt who worked very hard to make our experience great. He was helpful, up front, and negotiated fairly with us. We highly recommend Tynan's to any potential car buyer and would also highly recommend Todd Seipelt to work with. We are extremely happy with, not only our new vehicle, but our entire experience with Tynan's.
I found the car I wanted through a Internet search, and even though it was a two hour drive, my wife and I went to look at the car. Todd described the car and its features without any pressure. The test drive was all it really took. Even though this is a 2010 model, it is as good as brand new. The car was spotless and it is obvious they take pride in what they offer. I had a difficulty with one of the salespeople many years ago. When I made the management aware of this, the problem was solved immediately to my satisfaction and more. The way that this family conducts business is exactly as I would want my mother or grandmother to experience. I feel that I can trust them. The minute I walked into the show room at Tynan's I was treated as though I was the only customer on the floor, even though I was one of many. Everyone was there to help me find the truck I wanted. Todd went went beyond expectations in helping me look through the inventory on the lot and offered to look across Colorado. Once I made my decision the team at Tynan's made sure the truck was detailed and ready for me to drive off on time. I will continue to provide Tynan's my business and my referrals.
