We drove 5 hours from South Dakota to buy a truck from Tynan's. Not only did they have the area's best prices on the truck we wanted but their customer service was top of the line. We bought a new Nissan via a phone/internet deal, and were extremely pleased with our salesman Derek Boyd, as well as the overall experience. Derek was pleasant, clear, honest, and professional, and we never felt pressured or rushed. The dealership offered the best price of any (and we shopped a lot). Derek even personally delivered the vehicle 350 miles at no charge! We would highly recommend Tynan's Ft. Collins.
Rob Jones met us at the door and from that point on, he dealt with us in a friendly, professional, and personal manner. We were totally impressed with his "no pressure" attitude which is a requirement for us. All the staff members were extremely friendly. I was at another Nissan dealer and wasn't satisfied with their service, so I left and called Tynan's the next day. I spoke with Kirk who was very helpful and polite. I am very pleased with the car I bought and with the service I received.
Extremely helpful, very knowledgeable staff that expedited everything... These folks negotiated a reasonable rate (even given my questionable credit) and will help you out any way they can, no doubt about it! I will definitely return to Tynan's for my next vehicle!
I bought a 2012 Special Edition Nissan Sentra from Tynan's Nissan on 6-30-12. I was excruciatingly tired from returning from a road trip the day before but I promised my mom I would look at this car.
