The meat department smelled like absolute death. It permeated the whole area. I was literally gagging. I know meat departments always have some kind of scent but this was unlike anything I've ever experienced. I have no idea what was going on there and I don't care to find out.

getting the hot buffet was an eye opening experience for a selection of dried out chicken and veggies and what ever else they had eggplant parm and chicken parm , my Jaw hit the floor when the cashier said $25.00 there is not a shot in hell that that food was worth no more then $15.00 at its best We all understand that prices are very high but this was not worth $25.00 in a plastic tray with 3 small pc of chicken and brussell sprouts and serving sized spoon full of penne alla Vodka they must have increased there price per po... read more

Horrible experience picking up prepaid trays on Xmas eve day ! What a chaotic shitshow to say the least , totally unorganized ,how ridiculous to have to stand on a line just to check in and then have to wait even longer to be given your food ! Waited over 2 hours only to be given the WRONG tray of food ! The least you could've done to try to win back your customers and even act like you gave a shit was to maybe try to smooth over the situation by offering some gift cards OR some of your overpriced holiday chocolate bundl... read more

We ordered food for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner. We scheduled a pick up for 12:30 on 12/24, the scene was chaotic but given the day , we patiently waited after 2 hours and 45 minutes we informed the employee running the catering desk we had to leave. They promised to call us and now 6 hours later we are still waiting for a call and our food. A Christmas we will never forget nor will the other 100 people waiting. If I could give a zero it would be more appropriate
