Overpriced, the food is entirely bleah. I have no idea why people love this place. Every fresh pasta we bought here was so soft that al dente wasn't possible. I recently had a meal catered by UG and wow, the past was overcooked and tasteless. I've now tried 3 different pastas from this place and will never eat another. Meatballs felt like they were extruded from a press and tasted barely of meat. I found a cheese that I wanted to buy, a small wedge was $18. The same wedge of cheese was $8 at Kings, $6 at Shoprite. I normally have my lunch every day at Uncle Giuseppe's, in Melville, today the guy from the pizzeria grabbed the pizza with his hand and was also at the register, there is usually a girl and she always wears gloves and takes them off when collecting, when I told him not to touch my pizza with the same hands that he is charging and that I wanted him to put on gloves, another guy (worker) told me that he didn't need to wear gloves because the pizza was going to get hot and the oven kills everything, and I told him I didn't w... read more

I checked out this morning with ice cream and handed the lady a coupon that I had gotten at ShopRite. The coupon said "manufacturers coupon " on it and also had the shoprite logo on it. The lady told me it was not good because it was not a manufacturers coupon When I pointed out that it said that it was she very rudely told me to wait while she got a supervisor. Long story short the supervisor very begrudgingly told me they would honor it this time but that they were not obligated to do so My major complaint however was th... read more

Yesterday was the last time I will shop at UG. First of all the prices are way out of line. I spent $90 for 1 bag of food. The hot table is very inviting but the Eggplant Parm was heavy with cheese. I tried the pulled pork and it was so greasy I had to throw it out. I also tried their bakery several times and everything I bought was so over sugared . Their bread was soft except for the french. I don't think I will go back to the North Babylon location. Ordered deli meat on the kiosk. Got the test to pick up and it wasn't in the basket. Asked for help at the deli counter and was rudely told to go where the sign says and he walked away. Went to the sandwich side and was told they have nothing to do with those orders and I needed to go to deli. Told me "I don't know what to tell ya lady".
