We ordered food for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinner. We scheduled a pick up for 12:30 on 12/24, the scene was chaotic but given the day , we patiently waited after 2 hours and 45 minutes we informed the employee running the catering desk we had to leave. They promised to call us and now 6 hours later we are still waiting for a call and our food. A Christmas we will never forget nor will the other 100 people waiting. If I could give a zero it would be more appropriate
I placed a pickup order through the app. The next day I received an email that the order was cancelled. The app should've been closed to ordering and was instead able to charge my card and create an order. I'm sure I'm not the only person this happened to. Horrible customer service. Terrible organization and ordering system. I'll never spend another dime in this place. Really bad
I ordered feast of the 7 fishes for Christmas half tray size. what a disappointment. for $200 the fish barely covered the bottom of the tray. there was very little sauce and only ONE CLAM. it was more like a quarter tray. I will never order this again.
Horrible experience, I will never, ever come back again. I placed a Christmas Eve catering for about $450. My pick up time slot was for 9:30 this morning. I showed up to find the catering section is absolute chaos. You need to wait in line for about 15 minutes to 'check in' and let them know you've arrived to pick up your order. Then I waited for another hour and a half for my order to be ready. Total time waiting at the store was 2 hours. Spent $600 weeks ago for catering order...Christmas Eve brunch for my visiting family. Pick up scheduled for 9-9:30a. I'm waiting around STILL at the store (not like I don't have anything else to do), and they told me that maybe it would be ready by 12. Really? Really? Really? NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

I waited 20mins by Catering just to give my name and was told it would be another hour wait...for just two bakery items! They were telling everyone it was an hour. The parking lot was jammed, as were the aisles with people waiting for Catering orders. I waited an hour and then heard a woman say (after 10am) that she had been waiting for her... read more
