Giving it a try , a hugh abundance of prepared food , I tried traditional eggplant parm ! To my surprise I cut into it to find a gross about of pesto ! I'm Italian , I have never had eggplant parm with pesto ! Terrible I hesitate to try anything else

While I applaud reducing plastic waste, it as gone way too far here. Very flimsy plastic pint of marinated mozzarella popped open on way home coating EVERYTHING I bought in oil, including the floor and table. A pint of inexpensive soup from Chinese take out is the gold standard. I thought this store was. Get a plastic bag from produce so as not to recreate my experience.

I use to be an employee at the uncle Giuseppe's in Massapequa. It was a horrible experience never again. I work there for about 3 months. So the nice things I'll say first is the decor and food everything is organized shelf by shelf nothing out of place and the pay there is very good. So seeing other reviews that yes I have to agree customer service is terrible cause most people are very busy working but also scared to get fried by the mangers. Rude customers and poor management Only get 1 break for 8 hours. Toxic environment. Food is good but not a good working environment.

First time coming here after hearing such great things. Purchased a cappuccino which was made incorrectly. No froth, coffee not espresso.Also, asked bakery for sample which they could not provide. Purchased a Cannoli, shell was hard as a rock.

Nice store but their prices are ridiculous, even for specialty store. Cashiers are way too slow too. Bring back the Cannoli Plus boxed cookies!!!
