By war the worst prepared food I've tried. So I got the basaltic grilled chicken cutlets. Let me tell u 4 tiny cutlets are $12. There isn't even enough food in there. They taste like absolutely horrible and I will never buy from this store again. Customer service is horrible. The excuse I got was I can't talk to management. Don't ever buy from these stores. They food isn't made fresh daily. Chicken salad has a sour taste probably from being in the fridge too long
Trash. Absolute trash staff. I overheard one of the employees being verbally abused by the store manager James and I found multiple expired dairy products still sitting on shelves that nobody noticed. And it's not the first time. As far as entertainment goes on Saturday and Sunday the only thing that separates them from other markets is they have singers and it's authentic for those two days. First of all I'm absolutely disgusted right now because I paid $10.00 for a salad I got from the deli that I was planning on taking to work for lunch tomorrow and it is rotted!!! How dare you give this to a customer who is paying for an already overpriced item! I drove 25 minutes about 2 hours ago to get this and there is no way I was driving back to get a refund or in would have! I normally don't post many reviews but I have to say I was very disappointed today. I went to uncle Giuseppe's on Christmas Eve for pastries and when I opened the box they were all on top of each other and smashed from the way the girl put them in the box. Today I went to get some seafood for me and my husband and when I got home I realized one of the lobsters I bought was already dead. Considering the price I don't think I'll be back to UG anytime soon. I should've known better when I didn't see them in the tank and they to... read more
