My sister-in-law brought over knishes for our BBQ. Mold all over them. I thought this place hired an in-house health inspector to oversee operations after some issues in the past. Gross.

I stay away at all costs. Oversized carts - narrow aisles - obnoxious shoppers. Over priced meat department.

This place is a second-rate version of Iavarone bros. Too many employees trying to look busy and impossible to navigate the store because it is laid out poorly.

I think the store is too small and tends to look outdated and dirty. The meat always seem to go bad way before the use by date which leads me to believe they change the dates. The meat is not cheap and should certainly not go brown the day you bring it home especially when the use by date is another 4 days. The deli section pre made food isn't bad but sometimes looks a little old.

Specifically for the frozen lobster tails. I shop here all the time, in the past 3 months I have bought the frozen lobster tails--tonight's (small, $7.99) looked ok and smelled ok before cooking--after cooking I had a taste- thank god, and realized the ammonia smell--these are not fresh and I suspect they change the dates on them. Earlier this month I had the larger ones (over $15 each) and they were tasteless, avoid spending the money on them. I am very unsatisfied with this place. First, the customer service man Mike was extremely rude. He was talking to me as if he was talking down to me. Second, the parking lot was a disaster and more then one person almost backed into me. Last, there food was not that good. For the price it is not worth the frustration. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
