Lots of prepared food and homemade candies too. Was very crowded so I really couldn't look around. A bit pricey though but will return
Insane hype on this place. Very huge. Unique selections. Bought alot. The place was a madhouse on the weekend. Calamari salad was bland, the calamari was like an old tire. Don't recommend it. Sushi was worse. I wouldn't have bought it there at all, but my daughter coerced me. Mistake. Orecchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe was excellent. Nabil runs the pizzeria, and his creations are some of the best I've ever had. The veggie pie, chicken Marsala, the white pie, & eggplant are all delicious. Many other selections, and the ingredients are all fresh & flavorful. Certainly one of the best pizza to enjoy on Long Island, & I've been to countless of them throughout the years. Nabil's creations never disappoints, go & enjoy!
I am very impressed with this new store. I went for the first time this past sat, and again last night on a weekday. For one, if you do not like crowds, I highly recommend going on a week night. Do not go Saturday or Sunday unless you have to. People expect this store to be handing out bargain like shop rite. Understand this: it's a specialty food store. Do not expect cheap prices. I don't think that I'd do my regular grocery shopping here as it's quite pricy, but there are some items I'd definitely shop here for. 1. Prepared foods. The selection of foods here is abundant. So many Italian specialties. You could eat here weekly and always find somthing new to try. 2. Seafood. An amazing display of fresh seafood.
